Dog Registration 2026 Monday, December 1, 2025 Time to register and / or buy dog tagsRegistration begins January 1st and ends March 1st. All dogs within the city limits of Fulton are required to be tagged and registered. The price is the same as last year, $5 for each dog that is spayed/neutered, and $10 for each intact dog. The city clerk will need up to date spay/neuter records and rabi vaccine records. If you do not have the information on file with the clerk it is your responsiblity to provide the clerk the information needed. The clerk cannot issue tags without all of the information needed. History of the City of Fulton Friday, January 1, 1869 Fulton, Kansas, a tiny town in northeast Bourbon County, was established in 1869. As of the 2020 census, its population was 165. Town founders included B. P. McDonald, O. Chanute, T. C. Myer, and C. A. Morris. The town was first called Osaga for the Little Osage River that runs north of the town. Read more
